Attended
They were there. You were there. Scans matched. This is the multiplier everything else measures against.
arciuze is a social network gated by the real world. Your feed, your DMs, and the people you meet are unlocked by attending the same events — verified with a scan, not a follow.
The feed became a room full of people you've never met, performing for people they'll never meet. We wanted the opposite: a social app where the room is real, and only the people who showed up get in.
Tell us what you're actually into — film, climbing, hardware, whatever. We match you to communities built around that, not follower counts.
Each community runs real-world gatherings. RSVP in-app. You become a member. Cheap or free, small or large — the point is you're actually there.
The organizer's QR is an HMAC-signed payload. A scan upgrades you from member to attendee. That's the key to DMs, full profiles, and the people you met.
No magic. No black box. The fan-out pipeline scores every post at creation and re-scores it every thirty minutes. These are the only multipliers:
They were there. You were there. Scans matched. This is the multiplier everything else measures against.
RSVP'd to the same event, but the scans didn't match. Still high intent.
Mutually accepted friend. Adds a further 1.5× boost — but only after both scans.
Shared community, no event overlap yet. Consider it a seed.
priority = (1 + log(1 + likes·3 + comments·5))
× 0.5^(ageh / 12)
× affinity × friend × 1000
Half-life: 12 h. Re-scored every 30 min.
Every member of the event sees your full profile. Posts, grid, bio — the whole thing.
Members see a minimal card. Only fellow attendees — people who scanned in — see your full feed.
Invisible to strangers. Only accepted friends see anything. For when you're just there to be there.
We send a handful of invites each week, prioritized by the community closest to you. No algorithm, a human reads every request.
